每年去美國讀書或工作的人很多，所以每年也很多客人會想把車從美國運回台灣，比如說：

這是他自己的車：

I have a 2012 mini Cooper s with GPS. I am thinking of moving the car back to Taiwan. What's the estimate and complications for shipping car like this?

我說：

這台車沒有問題，但我需要更多的資訊，特別是車輛外觀照，因為我發現mini COOPER常常可以量身訂做，每一台車的大燈及後燈都有點不一樣，而進口車最貴的就是「ARTC驗車」，其中有一項：燈光測試，因為費用很高，若有同型車驗過，就可以使用之前的燈光授權報告，當然，前提是之前進過的人願意賣授權給我們，所以，車輛是否外觀一致就很重要了。

2012 年的MINI在美國就有如下的款式：

有MINI Cooper Clubman、MINI Cooper Convertible、MINI Cooper Countryman、MINI Cooper Coupe、MINI Cooper Roadster…真的是很多！

光是MINI Cooper Clubman就有三款：

所以，包含很多美國買車的客戶需求，若您沒跟我們講清楚款式，我們實在沒有辦法估價。

至少要給我二樣東西才行：

1、車身號碼VIN No.

2、車輛的前後外觀照片，我要來核對「車燈」的形狀。

還有的是想帶右駕車回來：

我是在澳洲讀書的學生，想請問如果我想把我的bmw x5運回台，
但因為它的駕駛盤是在右邊，所以在台灣是可以行駛的嗎？
另外因為我是學生，想請問關稅有比較便宜嗎？

我說：

右駕車是沒有辦法驗車的，因為目前台灣的法規，只有左駕可以檢驗，不過，右駕車還是可以進口到台灣，但…只能當裝飾品了！ 

之前也有很多客人有問，特別是日本方面的客人，由於日本車的車況很好，但也是有很多右駕，所以也有人想運右駕車回台灣，只是：沒辦法！

另外，我也遇過想買車的客戶：

Dear Sir,
I have a 5-year-old disabled son. We may move back to Taiwan in a couple years. I am considering to buy a wheelchair van now, then bring it back to Taiwan. Is there any special regulations or discount on custom or tax rate for this kind of vehicle? The wheelchair van is a modified van with a automatic ramp. The price is probably several tens thousand dollars more than a regular Toyota van. So, when people claim the value of the wheelchair van, can they claim the value of a regular used van? It may save a lot of money.
There is a authorized dealer of this van in Taiwan. Is it worthy to buy now and import the van a couple years later? Or just buy it in Taiwan?

嗯，全部寫英文，也沒有關係，只要表達清楚就行了，關鍵就是：運車回台灣划算嗎？

我說：當然划算，因為您就等同於貿易商，因為貿易商也是從美國買車運回台灣啊…如果國外買車回來不划算，那貿易商不就虧錢了，問題是：那一個款式才最值得，對吧！

我很樂意跟客人討論，或許因此，您就自己變成貿易商了。

不過，像這樣就是資訊不夠完整了：
